I felt that I must write a quick note of appreciation for your service.

Our outing to Rochester yesterday in your small coach went without a hitch. We were all very comfortable (my, aren’t those seat-belts tight!!) and your driver, Barry, was most competent and considerate. He went to the pains of dropping us off almost outside Restoration House in the morning, and later in the day came to find us in the Cathedral to liase about pick-up time, and actually waited for us very near to the West Door for the homeward leg!
Barry really contributed to our overall enjoyment of the entire day.

If we need a coach in the future we will not hesitate to contact your company and, hopefully, have Barry as our driver!

Dear John,

We just wanted to express our sincere and grateful thanks to Barry and Allenby Coach Hire for your efforts above and beyond yesterday in getting our children home from Bennett.
From your initial telephone text communication alerting us to the traffic problems to the fact that Barry stuck with the worsening situation rather than turning around and heading back which must have been very tempting! (We hear from other parents that their old bus the 404 didn't make it to the school at all!)
We also wish to particularly praise Barry for his driving skills and excellent people management. Having picked the children up he drove with such care and confidence that, certainly our children felt very safe, and even when the whole coach witnessed an accident directly in front of them the feedback from the children was 100% positive and no doubt he had some fairly upset children to deal with after this as well as the very challenging driving conditions.
It is that attitude and action that gives us as parents great comfort in this new contract and excellent service of Allenby Coach Hire - well done to your Company and we sincerely hope that Barry and all of your drivers got home safely.
