Our policies for group travel coach hires
- Reservation: We hold your requested coach for 10 days until you confirm, or another client enquires.
- Deposit: £110 or 10% of your quote (whichever is greater, tours being £350) secures your booking, payable by card or bank transfer.
- Invoice and payment: Invoice issued at booking; balance due 14 days before travel.
- Receipts: Provided on request.

Of course, we’ll plan an efficient multi-stop route. Note that each additional stop may slightly adjust the price.
No, our 16-seater minibus can serve as few as 4 passengers. We recommend at least 8 people to optimise per-head costs.
Let us know as soon as possible. Based on availability, we can flexibly configure coaches to seat counts. We’ll adjust your coach size and price accordingly.
