General questions

We recommend booking as early as possible, even if you don’t have all the details finalised. Times and vehicle sizes can be adjusted as your departure date approaches, on notice.

Yes, a deposit is required: either £110 or 10% of the total cost, whichever is greater.

We accept payments by bank transfer and credit card (excluding American Express).

Unfortunately, our coaches are not currently equipped to accommodate wheelchair users.

Yes, we can arrange a meet-and-greet service upon request.

Due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to provide child seats, but have ISOFIX points on selected coaches.

Bringing food and drinks is permitted at the company’s discretion.

Day trips

Yes, guided tours are available upon request. Please let us know your requirements when booking.

Unfortunately, we are only able to handle bookings directly related to our day trips. We recommend booking attraction tickets separately unless otherwise arranged.

Yes, we have seating plans for our 22 seater and 37 seater coaches




Airport, sea port and rail transfers

Yes, both our office and your driver will monitor for any delays to ensure a smooth and timely pickup.

Our largest coach can accommodate up to 39 passengers. However, if passengers have large hold luggage, capacity may be reduced to approximately 30. With cabin-sized luggage, full capacity is maintained.

All our bookings must be pre-booked, as required by our operator’s licence. We do not currently offer shared transfers.

Airport transfers require a permit issued by the airport, and there may be parking charges depending on your destination.

Corporate Transfers

Yes, we can accommodate last-minute bookings, however it will depend on vehicle and driver availability.

School coaches

Yes, we specialise in safe and reliable transport for school trips and educational visits.

All our drivers have passed an enhanced DBS check to ensure the safety and security of your students.

All students must wear seatbelts at all times, and standing is not permitted. Our fleet meets the latest safety requirements set by the Ministry of Transport.

Private hire

Our largest coach can accommodate up to 39 passengers.

Yes, multi-day coach hire is available, just let us know your requirements.

Minibus hire

No, we do not offer self-drive minibus hire.

Our smallest minibus can carry up to 22 passengers.
